scotus will rule correctly on apa claims.

unfortunately they wont rule correctly on the constitutional claims and wipe the spspa from the face of the earth.

i believe this ruling kicks it back to the lower courts, the administration is then fighting a losing battle for a few more years if it chooses to, which doesn't make sense to me now that they aren't stealing money anymore.

as such i expect capital raising to be in the next 12 months
