I’d like to see some proof of those employee share purchases. If they had to scramble just to raise $12M, I find it hard to believe he actually gifted money to his employees to buy 1M shares. If that was legitimate, they would have gone through proper channels, meaning disclosures filed with OTCM after every purchase.
