I should have ran when they PRd that they are issuing a new stock to pay for the research company.

Why would a company do a share retirement but then PR they are issuing a new stock...?

Big red flag there.

As of now, I think the retirement was to run the stock and actually dilute into the run. Just my opinion.

Like I said a long time ago. I've witness hundreds of companies talk about a share buyback and not a single one has come thru. I didn't know BLDV had been talking about it for years now. Shame on me.
