I Agree, Share Price should be running Higher but the selling of Warrants & Options Price can cause Temp: dilution & lower Share Price until all have been exercised .
My Feeling is once this is complete internally the Share $ Price will slowly gain back % from current Lows we have been seeing.
This Low Trading Range is not a bad Re-Entry Point , I bought a few @ $1.10 today and Finished up 3% .
