what are you talking about? they just lowered shares from 400B to 309B and they are authorized to lower it another 90-100B. Plus the CEO mentioned the possibility of buying back shares, which I think they will because all the high ups hold tons of shares. if it hits a dollar most of them will be billionaires. Name one other OTC that'll have $1.6B liquid capital in their company and pending royalties from PM. None, only other OTC with that much cash it TSNPD ($3+ a share)
