The new stock will not be coming from BBRW. BBRW is the manufacturer of beer tanks, Brewbilt Manufacturing Company. SIML will be Brewbilt Brewing Company as a brand new company name. Two different entities, but connected.
Just check on BBRW, there is no announcement of this as a merger simultanuously as there is none.
