thanks for everything so far. mretgnol, with respect, given that they are a private, for-profit corporation, did you not complete/execute a business contract/deal with them? Would not a court of law be able to readily enforce your contractual financial business deal with DTCC here? (I am groping in the dark here so please forgive me.)

How is DTCC getting away with breaking your contract with them, if so? Why then has this not been executed yet? Obviously I know next to nothing here, but what important elements am I missing, if you can educate me at all on this. You have a contract or a deal.

so there never was a contractual legal agreement with DTCC regarding your deal?

I imagine there wasn't or you would probably nod 'yes.'
