nowinsyet, I'm not sure, but whatever it is, Jimmy needs to get it handled. Because, if Jimmy does a Reverse Stock Split and wipes out Investors after damaging the Stock Price with the Caveat Emptor being placed on the Stock, I'm filing legal actions against him, and would encourage everyone else to do the same.
