so looking at the pie chart on the second link you sent; approximately 50% of power generation is from traditional thermal and combined cycle plants,
Do any of you know who many of those are nat gas vs diesel or the high-sulfur fuel oil (HSFO) produced by state oil company Petróleos Mexicanos.
So translate how the passing of that law or the suspending of that law works in favor of MRGE? I'm not sure either one sounds very beneficial to our projects- I am truly asking because I feel a bit ignorant how MRGE is effected by it. can someone help me out here?
And AMLO's tweet- is he saying the won't be using the oil for power production?
