Thanks for posting this. With this in mind, we can expect several more months of noise and pps whipsawing before hearing anything from the court.
In this regard and relating to a few previous posts, the chart for this stock is indeed meaningless. There might be uptrends, downtrends, consolidation, etc., but everything is dependent on the upcoming court decision. $USRM is a fundamentals play, not a technical analysis play. This is the most important thing to keep in mind, now.
