None of it is true. OPTI is a very long way from being listed on the Nasdaq. The financials aren't audited and OPTI isn't even an SEC registrant.

What's more likely, is Roger Pawson and Optec are under investigation for fraud.

Oh, and by the way... Roger just raised the AS two weeks ago and has issued more stock. That's the opposite of a share buy back.

Again, I will pose the question. if the company is in talks to spend, God knows how much, acquiring another company, Tell me where the money will come from for the share buyback??
