Answer: NOTHING. No cash, assets or revenues. What they DO have is-->

1) A CEO fresh out of college --a marketing major.. not an oil field technology background. Son of a father with a history as a "control person" of at least two failed penny stocks-- FH*AL and CS*HD


2) A dinky trailer mounted contraption that is supposed to turn polluted water from fracking into steam... highly unlikely except on a very small scale and because of ample, far more impressive competitors already in this space.
