That press release is priceless and factual to my understanding and experiences here over oh so many years. I voted NO to all those clowns on the day I got the proxies in the mail and they didn't even have to entice me with a potential renegotiation of terms.
I know others probably have way more to lose than I do but as I've stated would rather have nothing than given these guys a second chance to rip people off.
