I'm sure the proposition to vote for 500,000,000 more $AMC share will be a resounding NO from investors and I have been investing since 1991 & never had a co ask me for permission to add shares they just do it end of story

if we hear that the vote to raise AS another 500M shares is a resounding NO, then AMC "can squeeze"

if the board were to come out with an amended proxy of only 200M in AS, it would have much better chance of passing and not diluting as badly.

AMC just raised $2.2 billion in cash over the past 6 month and paid $600 in debt.

THERE IS NO REASON for 500M increase in AS, even if they dont dilute 1 share.
