and why does he still think insiders own? 78.6% he literally stated in the SEC filing

The good:

the first quarter of 2021 (btw not over yet) beat the 130M processing volume of Q4 by a significant amount, numbers to come out later ( he later mentioned the "bump" is near triple

18M income projections will be significantly higher and new projections will be out in the next week

10-k to be released on time (March 31) + few more announcements

GBOX has no barrier to scalability as growth is "essentially technology growth"
