Does anyone know why float is so low? Are 420 million restricted somehow?

If float is that low, this may be a great buy.

No, they got out of that business before the big increase in Bitcoin hit which I think was a mistake on their part but they probably had no idea that Bitcoin was going to explode like most didn't. Look at their website I posted on my last post and you can read about what they are doing now which could still be a successful venture.
