BS..it has been stated on numerous occassions that it could not be a poison pill..with 13.6 Billion shares OS and only 20% ownership at stake....how could this be a poison pill of any kind to avoid a takeover....takeover what? 20% position and at what cost???

Secondly, if it were as simple as a poison pill, then why not just state it as so!

no way was divy a poison pill...how do u "take over" TFN by buying bkmp which only owns 20% of TFN ?????
