All they need to do is listen to the CC. He says they requested EUA and the FDA told them to do another trial. That's it. It can't be more clear than that. But Nader in his wondrous wisdom then follows up with the conditional EUA gag. Who knows what he actually requested after he was told he needed to do another trial. But the bottom line is at (~10:00 in the CC) he explains that they requested EUA and the FDA told them to do another trial. It's all there, it's mind blowing that people wont just listen to the CC a second time.
