No, just 20%. In the chart (link below) the JPS are down 36% and the commons are down 16%.

So the relative underperformance of JPS to commons is just 20% (in the time period the chart shows), not 40% as you assert now, and no way the 50% you asserted before.

By the way: As a contrarian I like to buy cheap - and I DID buy cheap in the last five weeks.
