There is no home health company. Paradigm went under in 2019 after it lost compliance. LR has posted the notice and I have posted documents from TX SOS Direct that shows the last filing with TX by PHH was 12/31/18.

They cannot transact business in Texas.

If shareholders have info to the contrary they can post it and I will sticky it.

For some reason no one has taken me up on that challenge.

Are you in the camp that thinks a home health company would NOT be registered in it's jurisdiction? If so, why did it register until it went belly up?
