Because the company has presented no verifiable information that their supposed mines exist. Legit companies are more than happy to talk about their mines, their permits and concession numbers, exactly where they are, how they are mined, what the grade and tonnage are, what their production costs are.
AABB....not so much. It is obvious that the mine(s) do not exist.
