If has been convicted then I am sure that he still own lots of shares and those will be retired and bring down the float a bit and we might get that skeleton mark removed eventually

I believe that’s from when he was arrested by the FBI in Florida, jailed, and then extradited to Ohio, and released back to Florida on a million dollar bail. The grand jury case is still in discovery.
