This is too funny. Doing an R/S to go public? No, they are doing the reverse merger to go public. The R/S is a greedy and deceitful share grab. They will immediately add 100 million shares to the O/S, raise the A/S, and issue hundreds of millions of shares for acquisitions. Then drive the price down, rinse and repeat.
