The shorts will dig themselves a deeper hole by trying to convince people that longs are selling off based on earnings when in reality the longs don’t care. The earnings will be no surprise to anyone. Shorts trapped themselves and the longs are taking advantage of that fact. That’s all you need to know for the short term.
