Thanks Swin, i thanked you on twitter as well heh. OK so my journey from calling nasdaq to ask about the change went like this. The nasdaq change was not paid for as it is an OTCstock it was automated. I was given a number from the man i spoke to at nasdaq, (240) 386 5105. That went to voicemail for a complaint department so i searched for Finras main call number. That number is 866 776 0800 (press 1 then 2 to talk to the right person.) He mentioned that with them they have the company still listed as Novation Holdings, he had documents to state differently. He said its possible they are working on a name change and to check back at OTCE.Finra.org daily to see if anything is posted. Ultimately if we want early access to this info, if its there, the company has to provide it to us. Now he then directed me back to the 240 number i listed above as they may be able to give more details. I did call back and leave a message there. Just listing it out so if others decide to verify, they can do so.
quick edit: WTF is going on with CDEL trying to drag us down. Since yesterday putting up 76mil bids, higher then they ever have!
