Well the point here is what’s valid and accurate research and what’s bs. If the 5M Antonio is owed is accurate then I can tell you fairly easily that he owns 1.2M shares. Maybe I’m looking at this wrong but if his goal is to recoup the money he’s owed the best way to do that is drive the share price up high enough that he can sell right? So if these concepts are true then his 100% recoup price is just a simple math problem. I own over 1M shares myself and I don’t want to overthink this but I also don’t want to sell way early either.
