I agree. ALPS have been aggressive past 3-4 months and volume have been increasing too. Cash payment for paying down part of the debt will be very good for the pps. Hoping to see the news soon.
JQ, Do you (or anyone else) recall if there is a provision in the convertible(s) agreement with CV/Illiad (Fife) concerning the maximum number is shares of the company (in percentage terms) they could hold going forward? My thought is 4.99% of shares outstanding (max) if they chose to do so... I'm just not sure if I'm confusing that figure with typical convertible note terms.. if anyone knows that off the top of their head that would be great,.if not, I'll look it up later... I'm just heading into a meeting that's going to last a couple hours and was curious...
