I am in agreement. Only reason companies go BK is due to pressure from Creditors. This company has few creditors trying to collect moneys. VSPC took over 55 million dollars from people, never delivered a single successful commercial product or service and lied multiple times to investors.
This a typical junk public stock run by Kooks. Always has been, LOOK AT THE LONG TERM CHART of the PPS!
