Wrong. They do have shares as noted in their registration in the UK.
But NSAV Is not the majority shareholder nor do they control management.

Hopefully a press release from Virtuabroker comes out soon to clarify this.

True. NSAV is not a shareholder in Virtua Broker. Since NSAV paid cash, NSAV is a minority owner of Virtua Broker, which would make JT's statement TRUE. NSAV is an owner, though owning less than half.
