It appears that the agreement from March 9th 2017 was replaced by the agreement from March 26th, 2018. This new agreement would have taken place after Harry was denied retiring the IMMB symbol. The filing even states that there was a deficiency letter issued on October 25th, 2017 and the agreement was terminated on January 15, 2018.

So it makes sense that the common shares are still being traded. They were never transferred because that agreement was superseded by the agreement on March 26th, 2018.
