That magistrate judge is Casper's "assistant" and he got an assignment from Casper. It happened that Worlds disagreed with this magistrate and had stated its objection to the Court/Casper. Judge Casper will have to review Worlds' objection and will have a "chat" with the magistrate...
I think Worlds' objection here is effectively its actual appeal. Note that I am not a legal expert.
It looks like WDDD plans to appeal the ruling by the Magistrate Judge, denying the deeper Discovery. We will have to wait and see what happens with the appeal.
