The TA is updated almost daily here though. It doesn’t seem there is enough dilution to say they faked news to sell shares imo.

There is close to $2.3m due though between the start of the year and now

I hear you, I hear you. I have been burned before too. Sometimes that's a risk you take even with pink current companies on the OTC. Of course, if I was that hesitant with all of my investments, I'd be stuck at square one. Call me a fool, but I'll hold a bit longer to see it play out.

You can call BS whenever you want, but did it ever occur to you that the CEO emphatically stated that the name of the Company for that DEAL would be disclosed on or before the date of the filings? That gives him til the 15th to offer up the info before anyone should start spewing BS. good luck to all. ATWT$$$$$$.
