It's an approval that would allow CytoDyn to sell Vyrologix. Meaning CytoDyn will be open for business and will launch the start of billions $ of revenue. CYDY will be a triple digit stock.
Conditional definition - “subject to one or more conditions or requirements being met; made or granted on certain terms”
So sounds like it’s an EUA that will be contingent on what the FDA will allow. Doesn’t seem like it will be a true EUA. There will probably be quite a few conditions that Cydy will need to meet.... if the FDA even decides to grants it to them.
