I figured out the CEO's cell and texted with him, all I asked if they were going to file to get current, and he said they are "feverishly" working on it, so I would say that backups up the twitter post previously.

I feel good here, I believe with the filings, this heads up in a big way, the future here is yet to be told.

I wish he would put out a PR or put something on Twitter, it would do wonders for the share price.
