And, we are waiting for the court's ruling. Everything else is just noise. The pps spiked last Tuesday and most of the gains have been protected through the rest of the week into today. The pps may whipsaw. Let it do so. One thing and one thing only will affect the pps. This is the court's ruling. Everything else is just noise to be ignored.

BEING SUED on a prior court backed debt owed for approx $2 MILLION dollars is just "noise" LOL !

FUNNY - the current USRM board and old board members and buddies Northstar now "trying" to run from that lawsuit like escaping a burning building in Broward court and are 100% not "IGNORING IT" or considering it "JUST NOISE" LOL !! Their personal assets are being sought now - and they're crapping their pants if one reads the motions filed, all their attempts to distance themselves from USRM etc LOL !!


For a "company" (cough cough) that had past tense $78K to their name and $8 MILLION or whatever in old debts due on the books, etc REALLY ????

AND being sued BY THEIR OWN FORMER PHYSICIAN Rosemary Daly for stiffing her on MALPRACTICE PREMIUMS to a degree she quit and walked from their "Stem cell clinics" and pulled use of her medical lic = "JUST NOISE" huh, LOL ???

Sooo IF they literally are BANKRUPTED via civil lawsuits for DEBTS IN DEFAULT or the SEC suspends um for SERIOUSLY DELINQUENT FILINGS while under a OTC STOP SIGN and being "promoted" all over social media- that ole "court decision" which can be A YEAR FROM NOW is "all that matters" ????

WHY are they, this "company" (one man show for all intents and purposes as it's CEO Tomas and who or what else ????) operating via a $269 a month rent-a-desk after dumping the only facility and actual asset they ever had ???

USRM has NO LABS, NO REAL FACILITY (and certainly no "stem cell medical research and state of the art" blah blah bullshit, NO ASSETS, no R&D spending of any kind, no FDA level clinical trials in approx 9 or 10 yrs now, and little to no cash at any given time and are being sued in numerous lawsuits and have DEFAULTED DEBTS OWED and at least two of their 3 prior "partially" owned clinics SHUT AND OUT OF BUSINESS per court documents = what is there to "Start over" even if the court rules in say 2022 or whatever?

The CA easily won't be decided till 2022 and USRM easily same IF they get a remand back to the lower court.

USRM is in default on several other key mega debts too via the last filed SEC 10-Q they ever made before "going dark" on their filing status.

SOoooo, NONE OF THOSE DIRE FACTS "MATTERS" LMAO ??????????

Makes no sense or has no supporting facts IMO that "all that matters is the one court decision" - as the "company" literally appears to barely if NOT even exist any longer by all appearances and factual information one can easily find via just Google and a few simple searches !

I liked the mention of "possible alliances". Perhaps depending on both rulings, the California clinic is a possible alliance.? As you said, the court ruling is what makes or breaks this. Fingers crossed for a good outcome!
