What scam? There is no scam, no dilution, just a transfer of shell ownership via the Delaware court system.

So what is the scam? Stock goes from .002 to .15 but SCAM SCAM SCAM, tons of people make money but I will yell SCAM SCAM SCAM as it has any sort of meaning or influence.

Stating simple words like that are meaningless, intellectually dishonest and just flat out ignorance

It's obvious your trading style is geared to Blue Chip companies with credentials and a solid history financially, and that is great...

However with Southcorp Capital this is not investing, this is speculating on what might happen at sometime in the future if the evidence that can be found all comes together.

That's why I have a stock fund that is guided by a series 7 broker. But at the same time gamble on a story or two like this one. And I think this has potential, a lot of potential.
