Nope. He just fired a bunch of stuffers for PRIOR use. The article was published three days ago (March 3 2021). He is a life long anti-cannabis politician as far I remember all the way to the 90s. The article explains some of the lame excuse rationale his campaign used last summer not to embrace the reform, but he has always presented this kind of excuses in one form or another. This man doesn't care for it and never did.
