Why are you spreading FUD? Unless you don't know how to read, or don't know anything about the stock market you know good and well BYOC isn't doing an RS on common shares, only institutional investor's preferred C shares which is positive for common shareholders.

I notice every single time you post here you are always negative, and you always trying to start rumors by spreading blatant lies. I wonder what your motives are? You try to be subtle but 2/3 messages you post have "RS" in the first sentence.

RSes are fine if they are done small and done right. Seen it many times no clue why people making a big deal about it especially since one hasnt even been announced for the common stock.

in my opinion they need to issue a press release and or earning when they are ready to do so and not just to pander to a bunch of folks who are impatient because this is doing what they want as quickly as they want

i would rather see a constructive positive news release when they are ready than some fluff ....
