Let me tell you about one of Mr. James C Vowler's lies.
He lists UNIQUE TAP HOUSE GRILL as a Subsidiary of GMPR.
UNIQUE was never in the company name.
CREDO VENTURES LLC was a 50 / 50 partnership with Kevin Serrano ( DBA Tap House Grill ).
The "Restaurant" has been closed for more than two years due to non payment of California taxes.
