As far as others on the internet are concerned, there is no question that mass-electronic communication provides an abundance of mechanisms for people to commit securities fraud - on a massive scale.
While you are doing your research, check out the cases in which the SEC has slammed con-artists for using the internet to commit securities fraud - including, but not limited to, a young punk from New Jersey named Jonathan Lebed.
