I think the biggest thing is many shareholders and investors interested want an official PR for 2021 and/or SEC filings or other documentation dated in 2021. A lot of the PR and documents from all the great DD is between 2017-2019. There hasnt been anything dated in 2021.

That they are currently in charge of NoHo.

Edit: you can bring up that filing from 2017 but the twitter contradicts it saying they control no american companies as well as saying the deal fell through. Which lines up to why gelmons name is still being attached to NoHo currently. People can say gelmons out 100% but there is nothing to show that. The recent name changes, even though it flipped back on TD, is really intriguing. Let's hope this means they have done something official.
