$AMC That sounds about right. But it depends on who owns Class B shares still. They have a 3:1 voting right. But, all I can find is that Wanda owned Class B and they converted everything to Class A, and sold most of it.

From AMCs website: "The rights of the holders of Class A common shares and Class B common shares will be identical except that holders of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Class A common shares are entitled to one vote per share and holders of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Class B common shares are entitled to three votes per share. Holders of Class A common shares and Class B common shares will vote together as a single class on all matters submitted to a vote of stockholders, unless otherwise required by law."
