I agree the risk reward is huge here that is why I have been in and out a few times BUT the constant dilution has me worried that they are not ready with a merger candidate and will continue to dilute until it’s back in the .000s. This CEO has not communicated with anyone via any form including an official PR. It could possibly just be cash cow for him and others right now, since us investors have high hopes for a merger, the dilution is quite profitable for him and others.

I think everyone here is hoping for the best but the dilution is worrisome

How can weu say any merger will send this at least to USD 40 Millon market cap without even knowing anything about a company it may merger with.
Let's look at the last company this CEO did a merger with. The stock has only went down since it's merger.The stock traded at .11 on the day the merger was announced and has never traded anywhere near that high since and today trades at .0002. Down over 98%. Sometimes a merger can be good for a company but they can also be a disaster. These are private companies they are merging with and we usually have little or no information on them until it's too late.
