No REIT I track has increased their dividend so far this quarter. WMC does appear to have potential to increase theirs a penny or more but I am not expecting it this quarter. However, if the current quarter is as good as the last was for them, I would expect a dividend increase then.
Currently, the only REIT I have been holding recently other than WMC is NLY and I play the quarterly swings with it because more can be made on each quarterly swing than the annual dividend payout.
