38,000 shares post split isn’t a large holding, especially if they bought them in the $4’s expecting an 8k with a previously‘advertised’ LOI and took advantage of a slightly higher price? I’ve also noticed the same pattern that Wing pointed out, a seller at the high of the day - daily.
