I appreciate the depth of your research however lets look at this from a miners point of view.

Infrastructure, is there a road into the drill site? helicopters take time and money

NI 43-101 The most important piece of work yet, this report will give us mine life, time to payback, grade, tonnage, and overburden.

With the NI 43-101 this is the most important step, they can go shop for money..

Funding this mine will not be a problem, I just hope it's a qualified mine builder or major that wants to pony up >>> the alternative is a loan with a 30% discount to market for the paper.

I have not set an exit strategy for this holding, this is still very early days.
