I had a ton presplit and bought more on the day of the RS. I'm now unable to buy or sell XTMD on my TDA account. I complained to them over the fact that others were trading on Fidelity and that it was downright unfair for some to be allowed and not others. He said they could not do anything until the shares cleared if I recall correctly. Meanwhile I'm down 10 G's since last week and unable to do an F'nn thing about it. So TALL any input would be welcomed. Thanks.

Fidelity is not trading old shares. Anyone who bothers to read their user agreement it states after a RS shares are loaned to you and they must be returned if anything changes. They are loaning traders shares out of the new shares issued. Not one single broker can trade old shares because they have been froze by DTC
