It will, but right now the institutions trying to cover their short positions what already was opened. Only institutions could short pinkies to cover retail orders in the past, and they used this loophole to make incredible amounts of money. Now it's closed so short positions have to be covered or the institution will be forced to cover. If we go lower I'll pack some sandwiches and snacks and just sit on the phone to place an order... it's basically the game of who will blink first between retail and the tuitions. =)
