He is the bait..don't you find it interesting that he wouldn't have had to file a 13g if he didn't buy more shares as the OS had increased by a billion..he magically knew to buy more to maintain a reason for a 13 g to be filed..because if he didn't there wouldn't be any filings to look at..looks shady to me.
