I share your same sentiments here with TMXN. After doing my due diligence, back when no defense was offered against the $300 Million Lawsuit that TMXN had filed against Tilray (TLRY:NASDAQ) and crew, I truly had believed that it was a victory for TMXN as I had previously explained in some earlier posts. I had suspected that we would see either a huge payoff or a very positive licensing agreement which would have some huge valuation instilled into TMXN.

So far, nothing has happened as I had believed, but I do still believe that there will be some positive outcome for shareholders. I just don't believe the case is going to just disappear and go away without some kind of a positive resolution for both sides. I will continue to exercise patience to see what will further transpire.
